How ordering works
Order by email
The order button opens a pre-filled email. Add the details you have — rough is fine.
Written confirmation
Within one business day we confirm scope, price and delivery date in writing. Nothing starts before you agree.
Access
You give us the access listed on the service page. Read-only wherever possible.
Delivery
We do the work within the stated turnaround, counted from when access is in place.
Handover
You get the deliverables and a walk-through call. Questions afterwards are welcome.
Frequently asked questions
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against an invoice. Payment terms are stated in the written confirmation you receive before any work starts. There is no online checkout.
Do you charge VAT?
For businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID, invoices are issued under the reverse-charge mechanism. Outside the EU, no VAT is charged. Prices are shown excluding VAT.
What if the work turns out bigger than expected?
We confirm the scope before starting. If we discover something during the work that falls outside it, we stop and tell you — no extra costs without your agreement.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. Send us yours or ask for ours. Your code and data stay yours and are only used for the job.
What if I need something that is not listed?
Then it is probably a project. Tell us what you need and we will scope it with you.
