Frequently asked questions
Will you change anything on our live shop?
No. The audit is read-only. If we need to test something, we do it on staging or a local copy.
Can you fix the issues you find?
Yes, if you want. Every recommendation comes with an effort estimate, and we can quote the fixes as a package. You are free to use the report with any team.
We are on Shopware 5. Is this for us?
The audit covers Shopware 6. For Shopware 5, the Migration Assessment is the right starting point, because the next step is a migration.
Do you audit Shopify stores?
Not as a fixed-price service. If you are considering a move from Shopify, the Migration Assessment covers your setup.
